Sprained Ankle
Uncategorized No Comments »So I haven’t written in a while but I’ve still been keeping up with the Kickboxing 2x a week as well as lifting almost everyday. The running’s slowly fell to the wayside.
Last night I was at my volleyball game and went up to block and came down wrong on my ankle. Now I’m sitting here with my ankle the size of a softball. And I’m registered for a half marathon on Saturday! BOO!!! I’m so sad and annoyed!
Does anyone have any recovery tips for me aside from ice? I need to get a brace too, I think. Any tips there?
